1. About the platform

Insider Clean is a management platform for house cleaning businesses: schedule, clients, team, billing and reports. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information registered in your account, for the accuracy of your clients' data and for how your team uses the platform. Keep your credentials confidential; actions taken with your access are your responsibility.

3. Plans and payment

Plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the cycle chosen at checkout. You may change plans or cancel at any time, and access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. There are no prorated refunds for periods already started.

4. Acceptable use

Using the platform for illegal activities, sending unsolicited bulk communications or attempting to access other accounts' data is prohibited. Accounts in violation may be suspended.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is”. These terms may be updated; relevant changes will be announced through the platform's channels.
