Every plan starts with 1 team, and you can add teams on any plan for $16/month each.
Each team includes up to 5 users. Every plan starts with 1 team and you choose how many you want: each extra team costs $16/month, on any plan. During the trial teams are unlimited; when you subscribe, you pay for how many you decide to keep.
Adding takes effect right away: you pay the pro-rated amount from that day to the end of the cycle, and the next one comes at the full price. Removing only takes effect at the end of the next cycle, with no refund or credit; and if you are using every team, you have to deactivate one first.
